JOHNNY REESE WINS AGAIN!!!!!

Johnny Reese won his match against highly touted Chris Wells here is the details from http://www.fightticker.com/puddin/story_0725091845_mma_big_show_unstoppable_live_blog_from_belterra_casino

Professional bout (catchweight of 177 lbs.) between Chris Wells (CW) and Johnny Rees (JR). This is the Main Event and the last fight of the evening. Hope it's a good one.

ROUND 1 - Touch gloves. JR stalks. Body kick from JR misses. CW moving, JR still stalking. Body shot from JR. Front kick from JR pushes CW away. Inside lef kick from JR. CW still hasn't thrown a punch. JR surges forward with some quick punches. CW finally engages, but JR lands a huge right that floors CW. JR falls on CW, who spins. JR obliges and takes his back. CW tries to flip and shake JR, but JR sinks in the RNC. CW goes to sleep. The ref pulls them apart. CW comes to, but seems to think the 2 are still fighting. He takes the ready position, and wants to engage. Someone from his corner has to come and tell him what's going on. Bizarre ending.

Johnny Rees defeats Chris Wells via rear naked choke at 1:19 of the first round.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JOHNNY!!!!

Ricky Henderson’s Amos ‘n’ Andy Hall of Fame speech

Ricky Henderson was an ball amazing player and this weekend he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, but he can’t speak. Here’s Ricky’s horrible speech—before the MLB takes it down—it retards decades of progress by African Americans.

Howard felt the California school system—where Ricky is from—failed and at first he wasn’t sure if Ricky was even from the United States. I think its safe to assume Ricky struggles with his gazintas and can’t color within the lines.

ANOTHER STRIKEFORCE CHAMPIONSHIP IN JEOPARDY

July 27th 2009

In a interview with mmajunkie.com radio STRIKEFORCE lightweight champion Josh "the punk" Thomson admitted that his broken leg has not yet completely healed leading to a him to likely withdrawal from his fight against Gilbert Melendez. MMA junkie is also reporting that Renato "Babalu" Sobral with defend his STRIKEFORCE title vs Gegard Mousasi.... Personally i am planning on attending this event so im happy to hear that Sobral vs Mousasi is added to the card because after the news that Overeem vs Werdum was off it was dissappointing. It is also sad that the Battle of the Bay (Thomson/Melendez) is in jeopardy. As long as they find a suitable fill-in for Thomson the event should still be more than worthy.
